Step 1: AI, Security, Privacy & Compliance

The candidate will be evaluated through multiple-choice questions on AI knowledge, Security, Privacy & Compliance.

Step 2: Automation and System Design

Decision-making scenarios related to System Design and Automation will assess the candidate’s overall ability to make sound decisions.

Step 3: Collaboration & Communication

The candidate will engage in pair programming with an AI agent trained to simulate an entry-level programmer with limited knowledge, who is facing a coding issue and requires assistance. This evaluates teamwork, communication, and technical expertise.

Step 4: Logical Reasoning & Tech Skills

A more in-depth and complex technical challenge will allow the candidate to interact with the AI—asking for clarifications, code refactoring, or improvement suggestions. At this stage, we comprehensively assess all interactions and behaviors, including language use, to understand the candidate’s problem-solving approach, interaction with AI, dependency level, and other relevant factors.

Step 5: Learning & Experiment

Being an excellent software engineer requires the ability to learn quickly, fail fast, and solve problems efficiently. This stage challenges the candidate by teaching a completely new technology—such as an "alien" programming language—and then asking them to apply what they’ve learned to resolve a problem, demonstrating rapid learning and adaptability.
